THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF PARTS OF SPEECH IN THE UZBEK LANGUAGE

Abstract
This scholarly article broadly covers the formation, development, theoretical foundations, and practical significance of parts of speech in the Uzbek language. The question of parts of speech is one of the most important grammatical categories in linguistics, occupying a special place in the study of the morphological and syntactic system of language. The article provides a detailed analysis of independent and auxiliary parts of speech, their grammatical characteristics, classification according to semantic features, contemporary linguistic perspectives, and their role in teaching the Uzbek language. The significance of parts of speech in speech culture, language practice, translation, text analysis, and linguodidactics is also examined.
