Abstract
In recent years, the aerospace manufacturing industry has been undergoing a significant transformation driven by the rapid development of digital technologies. Robotic aircraft painting systems, initially introduced to improve precision and safety, are now evolving into intelligent and adaptive systems integrated into Industry 4.0 environments. This article analyzes the role of advanced technologies such as Digital Twin, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data analytics, and artificial intelligence in transforming robotic painting processes. The study demonstrates that digital transformation enhances efficiency, improves quality, reduces operational costs, and enables predictive and autonomous manufacturing systems. The research highlights that the future of aircraft painting lies in intelligent, interconnected, and self-optimizing production ecosystems.
