"TYPOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF MODERN ELDERLY HOMES: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL APPROACHES"

Abstract

This article focuses on the study of modern approaches to the typology of nursing homes. World statistics on the increase in the share of the elderly in the total population are presented. Examples of foreign experience in the design and construction of nursing homes, as well as the developed functional structure of multifunctional spaces for providing medical services, recreation, trade, sports, catering, and social communication between various groups of the population, along with accommodation and care, are considered.
