ECONOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GDP AND EXPORTS IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This article analyzes the relationship between gross domestic product (GDP) and export volume in Uzbekistan based on an econometric approach. The study uses a time series based on official statistical data for 2014–2024 and uses a regression model to assess the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis reveal that an increase in export volume has a positive impact on GDP growth. At the same time, despite the high coefficient of determination of the model, some regression coefficients were found to be statistically insignificant, justifying the need for caution in interpreting the model results.
