Abstract

This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the labor market and the effective use of labor resources in enterprises. The study examines the economic essence, structure, and key components of the labor market, as well as the role of labor resources in ensuring sustainable enterprise development and competitiveness. Particular attention is given to the mechanisms of labor allocation, employment regulation, productivity improvement, and efficient workforce management within enterprises.


The article also explores modern approaches to labor resource utilization, including digitalization, human capital development, and performance-based management systems. The impact of labor market conditions on enterprise efficiency, production outcomes, and overall economic growth is analyzed. In addition, the paper highlights current challenges such as unemployment, labor migration, skills mismatch, and inefficient use of human resources.


Based on the analysis of recent trends and statistical data, including the experience of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the study evaluates ongoing reforms aimed at improving employment, enhancing labor productivity, and strengthening the institutional framework of the labor market. The conclusion offers practical and scientific recommendations for optimizing the use of labor resources, improving labor market mechanisms, and increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in modern economic conditions.
