Abstract

The article addresses the issue of conflict management in the staff of a preschool educational institution. The relevance of the topic is driven by the increasing tension in the education system and the insufficient research on conflicts in preschool organizations. Special attention is paid to the conflictological competence of teachers, which is a key condition for effective interaction with children and colleagues. The author analyzes the nature of conflicts, their impact on participants in the educational process, and the need for scientifically based recommendations for conflict management in preschool educational organizations.
