This article examines the role and significance of the Saka tribes in the formation of statehood traditions among the peoples of Central Asia. It analyzes their territorial distribution, political relations with neighboring states, and the contribution of the Sakas to the development of early state structures in the region. The study is based on ancient written sources and modern archaeological research, demonstrating that the political and cultural legacy of the Sakas had a substantial impact on the evolution of statehood in subsequent historical periods of Central Asia.
