“ON THE ISSUE OF THE BIOLOGICAL VALUE OF POMEGRANATE FRUITS OF UZBEKISTAN”

The article presents the results of a study on the content of macro- and microelements in pomegranate fruits. The research results show that the main macroelements contained in pomegranate fruits are potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and copper. In addition, microelements such as iron, manganese, zinc, and nickel were also found in the composition of the pomegranate fruits. This indicates the possibility of using pomegranates for preventive health purposes.
